DeMar DeRozan steals Jahlil Okafor’s soul (Video)

DeMar DeRozan of the Toronto Raptors dunked all over Jahlil Okafor of the 76ers.
The Raptors and 76ers are locked in a fairly tight contest through a half. The Sixers jumped out to a 12-0 lead, but Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan have started to take over for the Raptors. Late in the second quarter, Okafor tried to defend DeRozan on a dunk who ate him for lunch.
Boy, that was nasty. As DeRozan’s teammate James Johnson would say, he cocked that joint back and banged on ’em.
DeRozan is in the last year of a contract with the Raptors and will look to get a max deal, either with the Raptors or somewhere else. Naturally, because of his strong ties to California – he’s a Compton native and went to USC – speculation that he will join the Lakers has grown rampant. DeRozan has provided many great years of service for Toronto, and was named a player of the month this season, so Raptors fans will want him to stick around.
Oddly enough, after that dunk, Okafor was rarely seen on the floor for the Sixers. Could it be that he’s on a minutes limit, or is he simply too embarrassed to get back on the court after that?
