The Houston Texans‘ Jadeveon Clowney stormed out of the stadium after he was made inactive against the Chiefs.

The first playoff game of the year in the NFL is set to get underway in Houston, where the Houston Texans are set to host the Kansas City Chiefs. Before the game began, the Texans made a big move, when they announced that defensive end Jadeveon Clowney would be inactive for the game.

Clowney is still suffering from a foot injury that he sustained toward the end of the season and the Texans decided that it was best not to risk further injury to that foot if they advance.

While the Texans may have decided it was the best move, Clowney was not happy at all with it. After the decision to make him inactive, Clowney was so upset that he decided to storm out of the stadium and not stay for the game.

It’s understandable that he’s upset about not getting to play in the first playoff game of his career. If the Texans lose and are eliminated, then it could be some time before he gets the chance to play in another one.

Ever since coming to Houston, Clowney’s career has never been able to take off because of injuries and playing time. Now, this is just another issue that the Texans and Clowney are going to have to deal with going forward because of it.

Should the Texans advance, it will be interesting to see if Clowney plays next week.
