One of the most exciting things about the Cleveland Cavaliers acquisition of Kevin Love last summer was how great the pairing of his outlet passing and LeBron James’ transition offense projected to be. As it turns out the projection was correct, as James and Love have teamed up quite a few times for some really nice plays. On Sunday night in Philadelphia they did so once again.

The fact that the two make things look so easy is really the impressive part of this. Love is in enough traffic that he cannot really step into this pass, making the fact that he is able to throw it so perfectly incredible. Then LeBron manages to effortlessly throw down a reverse pump dunk with a fair amount of power behind it.

While Love’s fit outside of outlet passes still feels a bit less than ideal, moments like this make the pairing completely worth it.
