Even though it didn’t count, LeBron James showed off how good he is with a backwards over-the-head shot after the whistle.

It’s been a rough night for Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James against the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday night. During warm ups, James was blasted in the face by a pass from an errant ball boy.

During the game, the 76ers have been hitting him with some hard fouls. After one physical foul, James decided to show off to the audience and show just how good he is with the basketball.

With a full head of steam and an open lane to the hoop, James was wrapped up by 76ers defenders and was prevented from making a shot. Even though he couldn’t take one that counted, James decided to shoot the ball after the whistle one-handed with his back to the hoop.

James threw it up over his own head and hit nothing but net, much to the satisfaction to the paying customers in attendance to see him.

James might not be able to get a hoop that counts, but he’s going to make sure that he gets his hoop no matter what. The 76ers made the right move wrapping him up and preventing him from taking a shot, but no one can deny just how sweet his shot after the whistle was.

After all, the fans in attendance aren’t there to see the 76ers get destroyed again. They are there to see James do something cool on the court that they can talk about later.
