After watching the 2015 NFL season play out, it’s pretty clear that a lot of changes need to be to the Tennessee Titans. When you say this, first all eyes turn toward the head coaching spot.

Earlier this season the team decided that the Ken Whisenhunt experiment was not working out at all, so they parted ways with the offensive expert. Whether or not they stick with Mike Mularkey, who took over for Whisenhunt, remains to be seen. But whoever the new Titans coach ends up being, there is a lot on this team that needs to be fixed.

The team drafted Marcus Mariota with the No. 2 overall pick in the draft in 2015, and now that they have the No. 1 overall pick, they might look to get him some help on the offensive line. While an offensive lineman isn’t the sexiest pick for No. 1 overall, Mariota need help and he needs to stay off the ground as much as possible. Much like at Oregon, he struggled with some nagging injuries during his rookie season.

They also need a lot of help on the defensive side of the ball as well, basically at all positions.

To put it quite frankly, the Tennessee Titans are a project, plain and simple.
.
