The 2016 NFL Draft might be more than three months away, but things are going to start shaping up quickly. With the NFL playoffs rolling along into the Divisional round, a solid three-fourths of the league is already looking forward to the offseason, wondering how the roster can improve.
Here is where the 206 NFL mock draft comes to the forefront. In this class, there are going to be at least three quarterbacks taken in the first round. The order remains unknown, of course, but it appears that Paxton Lynch of the Memphis Tigers, Jared Goff of the California Golden Bears and Connor Cook of the Michigan State Spartans will all be gone by the end of the first night.
It will be fascinating to see how each of thee three men perform at the NFL Scouting Combine in February, where all 32 teams will be packed into the Lucas Oil Stadium stands to watch a bunch of huge men running around, doing silly drills that don’t translate to the game. Still, this stuff somehow matters, and this trio will have plenty to gain or lose should they decide to throw in the vein of Andrew Luck and Cam Newton.
So, where are Lynch, Cook and Goff going to wind up? Lets unveil the mock…
