The Empire State Building is certainly ready for the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.

In just a short time from now, the College Football Playoff National Championship Game will take place and we will crown a new national champion in college football with either the Clemson Tigers or Alabama Crimson Tide taking home the ultimate prize. With these two powers ready to do battle, the entire country is taking notice.

And that includes the Empire State Building in New York City.

With the game nearly here, the Empire State Building is lit up with the colors of both teams on this night. However, when a new national champion is crowned, then the colors will change to specifically the winning team.

It’s always a neat site when the American landmark goes out of its way to recognize something going on in the world of sports, and this instance is really no different. By the end of the night, one of these programs will be able to claim their colors on the Empire State Building.

In mere moments, we’re going to find out who that will be.
