The Brooklyn Nets aren’t very fun to watch, but maybe that has to do with their bench not spending enough time copying Brook Lopez.

The move Lopez uses to fake out his brother here is very smooth. He uses a personal favorite of mine where he plants his pivot foot, and then stops with a pump fake to get his defender in the air. Lopez then moves back into position and fades away for an easy two. The move was so nice that the Nets bench had to copy it.

Amazing. The Nets should start doing this for everything Lopez does. He eats a sandwich? Pretend to eat a sandwich. He’s walking down the street then they start pretending to walk down the street. He bangs his head on the door, because he’s just so tall? Well don’t copy that, because that looked like it hurt and it’s polite to make sure he’s okay. Definitely do everything else though. It can become a web series. Copying Brook Lopez starring the Brooklyn Nets bench.
