Ish Smith hangs the Bulls out to dry (Video)
Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ish Smith left the Chicago Bulls out to dry with a sweet layup.
The Philadelphia 76ers acquiring Ish Smith in a trade, might have been their best move of the season. Sure, they might win a few more games, but they’re still losing plenty for the best lottery odds and they are primed for a good future under Jerry Colangelo’s helm.
In fact, ever since they traded for Smith, they have been a pesky team and have been giving other teams plenty of fits on the court. Against the Chicago Bulls at home on Thursday, the 76ers took the fight to the Bulls.
Smith was leading the charge just as always, and he left the Bulls out to dry on one play. With Kirk Hinrich draped on him, Smith spun him the other way and cleaned off the play with a wide-open layup.
No one liked the competitive 76ers that were losing by 30 every night. These 76ers led by a veteran at point guard are actually fun to watch, as they have begun playing a somewhat competitive brand of basketball.
Smith is a quick little point guard that can turn heads in a hurry and even Hinrich learned how quick he is.
