San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard beautifully finished off a missed three by Danny Green.
Kawhi Leonard has become an emerging superstar in the NBA for the San Antonio Spurs. With Leonard breaking out like he has for the Spurs, there’s a good chance they’re going to continue to dominate for many years to come after the big three retires.
LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers once again had to deal with the tough Leonard on Thursday night, as he gave the Cavaliers trouble on the defensive end and on the offensive end.
If Leonard wasn’t picking pockets and forcing bad shots on the defensive end, he was making buzzer-beating shots or finishing off shots for his teammates on offense.
His best highlight of the night came off a Danny Green missed three-point attempt. After Green had a wide-open look at the hoop, Leonard came in from out of nowhere and softly dunked the ball back in out of mid-air.

Most players in the league would head back down the court for defense, but Leonard had the awareness to chase down the potential rebound and it paid off in two big points for him and his team.
The Spurs used tough defense and great plays on offense to pull away in the fourth quarter from the Cavaliers on Thursday night, in what could be a potential NBA Finals preview.
We all know what Leonard can do when he gets his hands on the basketball, but he still continues to amaze anyways.
