Philadelphia 76ers center Nerlens Noel left the tip-off circle for an emergency trip to the bathroom.

Everyone has the moment in life where sweat starts dripping down the forward and the need to go to the bathroom in a tight situation occurs. Philadelphia 76ers center Nerlens Noel had that moment before the 76ers’ game against the Chicago Bulls on Thursday night.

As the players from both teams entered the tip-off circle to start the game, Noel had that look of panic on his face and realized that there was no way he was going to be able to do the tip-off. He immediately signaled the refs attention and said that he had to go use the restroom.

The ref let him leave the court to attend to emergency business and Carl Landry came out in his place.

The best part of the whole ordeal is Landry’s reaction as the ref is telling him why Noel left the court.

The body does what the body does. When it’s time to go, there’s no fighting it and Noel clearly knew that he was going to be in for a losing battle if he didn’t leave the court right away.

All basketball players must wash hands before returning to the game.
