Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones won’t be ditching his hoodie any time soon.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones has been making a fashion statement on the field lately. Jones has recently started wearing his hoodie under jerseys during games for the Packers.

Jones believes that he should play as he practices, and with the cold winter weather of Green Bay and the places the Packers have been playing, the hoodie has made a ton of sense to wear while on the field.

With the Green Bay Packers set to go to the warm inside stadium of the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday, Jones was asked if he was going to ditch the hoodie because of the environment.

Jones doesn’t plan on getting rid of the hoodie because they are playing in Arizona, Jones told Andrew Siciliano of Around the NFL.

"“I wear the hoodie in practice. They always say practice how you play. So I said I’m going to wear the hoodie out in the game,” Jones explained. “I guess it’s like a good luck charm now, but it all started off just to keep me warm.”"

Jones doesn’t plan on ditching the hoodie for the warm confines of Arizona. When the Packers traveled to Arizona in late December, Jones wore the hoodie then on the field, so it makes sense that he isn’t going to get rid of it now.

He sees it as a good luck charm, which the Packers are going to need on the road against Arizona. The Cardinals clobbered them 38-8 in the last meeting between the two teams and the Packers are heavy underdogs going into Saturday night’s game in the desert.
