San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker made a nice steal while falling backwards.
The San Antonio Spurs brought a ton of energy on both sides of the floor against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night. Tony Parker was leading the charge all night at point guard for the Spurs, as he brought a tremendous amount of effort from both sides of the floor against the Cavaliers.
With some sweet moves in the paint, Parker had fooled the interior defense of the Cavaliers all night, which resulted in some sweet layups. He also brought the effort on the defensive end of the floor as well.
As Kyrie Irving looked to charge his way to the hoop, Parker fell backwards and with an assist from Danny Green, he was able to swipe away the basketball while falling backwards.
Great team defense. https://t.co/VvYUiCJf1q

It’s a great job by Green to come over and help his teammate on the play and it’s even better play defensively from Parker, as he made falling down and stealing the ball look so incredibly smooth.
That’s just the way that Parker has always played on the court. His incredible finesse is part of the reason the Spurs were able to hold the Cavaliers scoreless for a period of time in the fourth quarter.
The Spurs are a tough team to beat when they’re playing Spurs basketball defensively.
