How to watch the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs.
The New England Patriots are one step away from going to their 11th AFC championship game since the 1996 season. On the flip side, the Kansas City Chiefs are hoping to spring the upset and reach the penultimate contest for the first time since 1993.
The two teams seem very evenly matched, although the strengths are clearly different. Kansas City’s success hinges on its ability to run the ball and play great defense, something it has been able to consistently do since starting its 11-game winning streak back in Week 7. New England is about riding the golden right arm of Tom Brady and doing enough on defense to win, something that revolves around timely pressure and turnovers.

This game has plenty of storylines, but none more important than the injury reports. For the Patriots, there are questions about the health of Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, Sebastian Vollmer and more. The Chiefs certainly have their own issues, with Justin Houston, Tamba Hali and Jeremy Maclin all listed as questionable.
For one team, the victory will bring them within two wins of a Super Bowl title.
