Ranking the four divisional playoff games coming up this weekend.

What a weekend of football that was. The AFC wildcard games served up a treat on Saturday night, as the Kansas City Chiefs laid down a marker to the rest of the NFL in a 30-0 thumping over the Houston Texans and the Pittsburgh Steelers won a hard fought divisional battle against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Sunday’s games saw defense dominate in one of the coldest games in history, as the Minnesota Vikings lost to the Seattle Seahawks due to the laces of Blair Walsh, and then saw Aaron Rodgers return to his incomparable best to comfortably beat a Washington Redskins’ team that was well out of its depth.

It was a wonderful start to the postseason, and has illustrated the quality of some of many of the wildcard teams, with none of the divisional winners, and home teams, winning on the weekend.

This weekend opens up with the hottest team in the NFL traveling to New England to face Tom Brady and his Patriots. It is set to be an explosive game, with crucial injuries on both sides set to play a major role in the result. The other AFC game will see Pittsburgh travel to top-seeded Denver in a showdown between one of the best offenses and best defenses in the NFL.

Meanwhile, the NFC cooks up two truly tremendous games, with the Arizona Cardinals facing up to a rejuvenated Aaron Rodgers and the nearly undefeated Carolina Panthers playing the NFC’s streakiest team in the Seattle Seahawks. The Panthers have been the best side all season long. However, the Seahawks are, as they always do, peaking at the right time, and will push Carolina every ounce of the way.

It is set to be a jam-packed, quality weekend of football. But what is the most intriguing, must-watch game of the weekend? Let’s take a look.
