Washington Wizards vs Indiana Pacers

After losing five of six games, the Washington Wizards got back on track with a three-game winning streak and look to extend it to four against the Indiana Pacers on Friday night. Washington is just 18-19 on the season and in 11th place in the surprisingly-competitive Eastern Conference.

John Wall and Bradley Beal have been fighting back and forth all year long for the team’s scoring lead. Currently, Wall is leading at 19.6 points while Beal isn’t too far behind at 19.3 per contest. The point guard has a leg up on assists, averaging 9.6 per game while Beal is shooting nearly 40 percent from three-point range.

Indiana, on the other hand, has traded wins and losses over the past 10 games as the Pacers are still in fifth place in the East with a 22-17 overall record. A lot of the complete success the Pacers have had this season can be attributed to Paul George, despite his mediocre shooting percentage.

George leads the team with 24.1 points and 7.6 rebounds per game, but is shooting just 41 percent from the field. Monta Ellis, who many thought would bring a big boost from long-range, is shooting just 27 percent from three-point range and needs to pick his game up a bit.
