Aaron Rodgers completed another Hail Mary as time expired, this one in the playoffs against the Cardinals

The Green Bay Packers seemed like they were completely out of it against the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday night in the NFC Divisional round game. They were down by a touchdown and backed up inside their own five-yard line with less than a minute to play and facing a fourth-and-20. However, Aaron Rodgers taught everyone again that you can never count him out.

After completing a long pass in that situation to Jeff Janis, Rodgers and the Packers were again put through the grinder and faced with yet another Hail Mary situation as time was expiring. With Rodgers having far less time than when he completed his miracle against the Detroit Lions, he heaved a throw into the middle of the end zone. Somehow, Janis was there for this one and rose up to make an unreal catch for the score:

This is simply absurd that not only has Rodgers done this in a playoff game, but that it’s the second Hail Mary miracle as time expired that he’s completed this season. There are full seasons where there aren’t two of those plays completed, much less one quarterback completing two.

Luckily for Mason Crosby, he hit the extra point and sent the game to overtime, thanks to Rodgers again pulling one out of his hind-end, or something like that.
