Patriots head coach Bill Belichick felt the urge to pick his nose and didn’t bother to see if the camera was on him
The New England Patriots may have had their most healthy roster since the very beginning of the season heading into Saturday afternoon’s matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, but there’s no doubt that all eyes and all hope still rested on the hoodie on the shoulders of head coach Bill Belichick. However, he had other things to do while coaching, namely picking his nose.
Early in the first quarter while the Patriots were throwing all over the Chiefs and driving down the field, the CBS cameras panned to the legendary Belichick at just the right time. It was the right time because, well, the hooded genius was caught with his finger up his nose digging for a treat:
Thankfully, he didn’t bother to marvel at his findings or to, heaven forbid, eat it. However, arguably the best football coach in the world definitely got caught with his finger halfway up his nose in his team’s biggest game of the year to date.
It’s been a bit of a rough week leading up to and now at the start of this game for the Patriots head coach. He showed up to a press conference with an unexplained black eye that he refused to address, his best pass rusher was taken to the hospital because he had a bad synthetic marijuana experience, and now he’s picking his nose in front of millions. There have been better weeks for Belichick.
