Cardinals-Packers had a coin flip controversy (Video)

Just when people thought the game between the Packers and Cardinals couldn’t get any more insane, coin flip gate happened

After a crazy end to the fourth quarter that saw Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers complete not one, BUT TWO, Hail Mary passes to tie the game at 20 against the Arizona Cardinals, football fans didn’t think that the game could get much crazier. The game got crazier before overtime even started as the coin flip went haywire.

The coin never flipped.

Never seen a coin toss where the coin didn’t even flip one time. The refs explained what happened to both teams before continuing. The Cardinals would go on to win the coin toss because the coin landed on heads after flipping. They also went on to win the game after Larry Fitzgerald’s incredible performance on the first drive of overtime to win 26-20.

It was a crazy game that saw both teams grab leads that fans didn’t think that either team would relinquish. Truly one of the best games of the season and certainly the best playoff game this year to this point.

The Arizona Cardinals live to see another day thanks to Larry Fitzgerald and maybe a little luck from coin flip gate.
