The NBA schedule keeps right on rolling through the weekend with eight games lined up for tonight. Several teams are on the second half of a back-t0-back, and there are some very intriguing matchups to keep tabs on as well. If you’re going to jump in on the DFS acton on DraftKings, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides where I’ll give you my top plays of the day.

More from Atlanta Hawks

As is typical for a Monday-Saturday contest, the action starts at 7:00 PM ET as the Bucks and Hornets tip off the night in Charlotte as both teams play for the second night in a row.  At 7:30, four games get going as the Blazers hit Phily, the Celtics head to Washington, then Nets face the Hawks, and the World Champion Warriors are in Detroit to take on the Pistons.  In the on game starting at 8:00, the banged-up Knicks will face the banged-up Grizzlies followed at 9:00 by the Lakers and Jazz facing off in Utah in their second meeting of the week.  To close out the night,  the Clippers look to win their 11th straight game as they host Boogie Cousins and the Kings.

Those are the 16 teams in action tonight giving us plenty of players to pick from for our lineups. I’ve collected my favorite players for today’s contests on the following slides in my DraftKings daily picks. At each position, you’ll find  a slide for high-salary options and a slide for high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with a few extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

This month, I also have started to rank my picks using stars after each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but the short version is “more stars=more confidence.” On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence.  Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineups for tonight’s contests.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.
