FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-January 16

Saturday is a spectacular day of basketball action with eight NBA games ready to roll tonight giving us a solid fantasy basketball slate. There are a lot of teams playing for the second night in a row as well as some very interesting matchups which should offer plenty of drama and intrigue on tonight’s schedule. It’s the usual 7:00 PM ET roster lock on FanDuel with the Bucks and Hornets both playing for the second night in a row as they meet in Charlotte. At 7:30, four games tip-off as the 76ers host the Blazers, the Wizards welcome the Celtics, the Hawks meet the Nets, and the World Champion Warriors are in Detroit to take on the Pistons. In the 8:00 start time, the banged-up Knicks will take on the banged-up Grizzlies followed at 9:00 by the Lakers and Jazz facing off in Utah in their second meeting of the week. In the last game of the night, the Clippers look to keep their momentum going as they host Boogie Cousins and the Kings.

Those are the 16 teams in action tonight giving us plenty of players to pick from as we put together lineups for tonight. I’ve collected my favorite players for today’s contests on the following slides in my FanDuel daily picks. At each position, you’ll find a slide for high-salary options and a slide for high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with a few extras thrown in where possible. I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.
