Hulk Hogan may be allowed back in WWE, and the return might be happening sooner than we all thought.

Last year audio emerged of arguably the biggest professional wrestling star ever, Hulk Hogan, using racial slurs in conversations. When that audio hit, one of the ramifications was WWE more or less doing all they can to erase Hogan’s existence. He was blackballed from the company, and for good reason.

However, WWE is really the land of second chances, something that has been proven to us time and time again. Even though they cut ties with the legend, we all figured that once the smoke cleared after a while, he would be allowed to come back and redeem himself.

But, we all didn’t think it would be this soon.

According to

Bryan Alvarez during a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Live

, there is some speculation going around that not only will Hogan be back in the fold soon in some form or fashion, but this return might be happening in time for him to be at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas coming up. Again, we knew that he would be back at some point, but this still all seems rather soon. That aforementioned smoke clearing really hasn’t happened yet, so WWE might be taking a big risk in letting him back at this point in time.

Really, that’s what this all comes down to. No matter when they do finally mend the fences here, they’re going to face some PR backlash. The question really is just how much they want to face, as there will be significantly more if he’s there for the biggest show of the year.
