Broncos defensive coordinator Wade Phillips got blasted on the sidelines by Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant.

A football field is full of big hits and the sidelines in the NFL are no different.

Cameramen, coaches and sideline judges getting run over is a constant occurrence in the game. Sometimes seeing someone that isn’t prepared to get hit get blasted can be absolutely brutal to watch.

During the Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh Steelers playoff game, Broncos defensive coordinator Wade Phillips got destroyed on the sidelines by Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant.

Bryant couldn’t stop his momentum and he went full speed right into Phillips, who fell back so hard that he took another Broncos staffer with him.

Phillips isn’t at the age where he would like to take big hits, but that’s just life on the sidelines for anyone that is down there.

Although Phillips felt the big hit from getting run over by Bryant, he has to pretty happy with the fact that his defense did the right thing by forcing Bryant out of bounds before he could reach the first-down marker on the field.

Those are just the necessary sacrifices in a playoff game that have to be made by players and coaches.
