There are some top players to target for Monday’s NHL DraftKings daily picks.

After an interesting and exciting weekend of NHL action that saw some guys put up some huge numbers, the new week is upon us. That means there is a chance to continue rolling in daily fantasy hockey, either to keep the good streak from the weekend alive or to rebound from some lineup decisions that didn’t quite work out.

Monday is an American holiday, which sometimes means that there is some afternoon hockey. However, that isn’t they case today, with all of the games starting in the usual evening slate. It’s actually a rather light night on the schedule with just five games taking place. Still, there are some great high-priced and value options available at each position for fantasy lineups.

Things get started first on the East Coast in the evening with the Edmonton Oilers making the long trek to sunny Florida to take on the Panthers. Florida, despite dropping its last two contests, has still been one of the hottest teams in the league with a record of 7-2-1 over the last 10 games.

The game of the night drops the puck at 8:00 p.m. ET when the Pittsburgh Penguins head to St. Louis. Plenty of stars will be on the ice in that one, providing some very attractive options for daily fantasy hockey lineups.

Other fantasy-relevant teams in action tonight are the Colorado Avalanche, Arizona Coyotes and San Jose Sharks.

All references made in the following slides to fantasy points and salaries refer to the scoring rules and settings on DraftKings.

New daily fantasy hockey targets for DraftKings will be posted each day on FanSided. Be sure to follow @FanSidedFantasy for even more daily fantasy coverage.
