Chicago Bulls superstar Jimmy Butler hit a big shot at the buzzer as the half ended against the Detroit Pistons.

The rivalry between the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons is alive and well this season. With both teams fighting for positioning in the Eastern Conference playoffs race, every wins matter and these two teams already had an incredible four-over time thriller.

The two teams met again on Martin Luther King Day in a big game in Detroit. After the rest of the league put together a great day of games featuring some games that went to multiple overtimes, the Bulls and Pistons also put together a tight game early.

Right before the half with the Bulls having a one-point lead, Jimmy Butler made a big shot at the buzzer as the first half ended for the Bulls. Just like he has all year, Butler made the difficult shot with a defender draped all over.

Butler has been having himself quite a time on the court lately after a 53-point outburst last week. His best plays come from that step-back fade-away jumper and that was vintage Butler to end the half.

He makes the difficult shots look smooth and that’s the sign of a great shooter. The Bulls have become Butler’s team and he’s doing his best to lead them to wins over division rivals.
