Rams season ticket purchases are exploding in Los Angeles
Los Angeles football fans are expected to snap up over 10,000 deposits within one hour of Rams season tickets going on sale.
If anyone was truly wondering whether or not Los Angeles would care about the return of the NFL, the answer is a resounding yes. L.A. fans were on pace to purchase approximately 10,000 season tickets within the first hour of them being placed on sale.

The tears of St. Louis fans aren’t even dry yet, but the Rams franchise is already profiting from the move. Such strong early season ticket sales bode really well for the team’s ability to sell out multiple games next year.
Support isn’t just coming from rank and file Los Angeles citizens either. There’s certainly some star power that’s very excited about the return of NFL football to the City of Angels.

If your franchise is big enough to get Magic Johnson excited about your return to town then it’s a safe bet that the rest of the community is excited as well. No doubt, the Rams will be looking to create a star-studded atmosphere for their return to the city.
They will want to capture the attention of the town’s glitz and glamour in a similar fashion to how the Lakers are able to attract. Getting Magic on board is a terrific start.
The real challenge, of course, will be to see if the Rams can maintain the interest of L.A. once the novelty wears off. Still, getting 10,000 season ticket deposits within the first hour is as good a start as the Rams could have hoped for in their return to Southern California.
