Jim Harbaugh once again is going all out with these recruiting efforts of his, this time gaining some knowledge in the process.

You know, we used to think that the most entertaining aspect of Jim Harbaugh was some of his antics on the sidelines during games or the fact that he gets his khakis from Wal-Mart. Well, this whole perception changed now that we know what he is like recruiting for the Michigan Wolverines.

Monday night the entire world was brought the story of Harbaugh climbing a tree on a recruiting visit, which was definitely one of his best moves yet. While he didn’t really top himself on Tuesday, this one is still pretty entertaining.

While on a recruiting visit with four-star defensive tackle Boss Tagaloa, he took the time out to sit in on a World Religion class with the young man that he hopes to have in Maize and Blue some day.

Again, not really as entertaining as the Michigan head man making his way up a tree for a recruit, but still just great overall nonetheless. This is something that’s been done by coaches before but, come on, you cannot tell me that Jim Harbaugh sitting in a high school classroom doesn’t at least make you chuckle a little bit.

When this recruiting period ends, it’s going to be a sad time.
