Brandon Knight was taken off his feet by the filthiness of Paul George’s spin move
The Indiana Pacers and the Phoenix Suns faced off on Tuesday night as two teams heading in opposite directions in the second half of the 2015-16 NBA season. Paul George and the Pacers are looking to make a push into the Eastern Conference playoff picture while the Suns are looking to regroup and possibly rebuild. Brandon Knight may need to rebuild his ankles after what George did to him on Tuesday, as well.
Early on as the two teams faced off on Tuesday, Knight went out on the right wing to guard George. The Pacers forward went into attack mode and bodied up the Suns point guard. That’s when PG-13 uncorked an absolutely wicked spin move that sent Knight falling to the ground on account of the filthiness before George got to the cup for the score:
Knight has a really bad habit of ending up on the wrong end of highlights. What’s crazy about that is that he’s not even an atrocious defender, but rather just always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when the guy he’s trying to guard pulls out something incredible.
George’s spin move certainly qualifies as amazing, as does much of what the Pacers forward has been able to do coming off his horrific leg injury this season.
