Russell Westbrook just will not stop trying to break rims against the Nuggets on Tuesday.
Now it’s become pretty apparent that Russell Westbrook had one thing in mind coming into the Thunder’s Tuesday night matchup with the Denver Nuggets. His plan was to see if he can tear one of the rims down, and boy, you really do have to give him all the credit in the world for trying.
In the first half of this contest, Westbrook wowed all of us when he drove the lane and absolutely dropped the hammer on the Nuggets. At the time, most of us probably figure that was the highlight of the game right there from one of the best in the game.
Yeah, well, we were very wrong.
In the fourth quarter, he did it again.
Really, what more is there to say about the talents of the Oklahoma City star. At times you just catch yourself being amazed at the things that he can get done on the floor when he’s just clicking on all cylinders.
Also, we all really need to figure out what his problem with rims is. There is some serious beef between the two and one of these days he’s going to tear one of those bad boys down.
