Alex Len throws one down over big Boban Marjanovic

Boban Marjanovic is a gigantic human being. Checking in at 7’3” and 290 pounds, Marjanovic makes NBA big men look like normal people and normal people look like ants, which isn’t a good thing for anyone attacking him and thinking about dunking. On Thursday night Alex Len got that idea and somehow, someway it worked out for him.

Just getting around the Spurs giant is impressive enough. While he isn’t exactly the most mobile player in the league, Marjanovic is light enough on his feet to make his impressive length play up. At the very least getting around him takes a bit of time which normally allows the Spurs defense a chance to rotate over and help. But Len was too quick for that.

Then dunking on Marjanovic is a tough task thanks to that length and strength. The Phoenix Suns season may be going terribly but Alex Len now has the ability to say he dunked on a legend for the rest of his career. That should make some of the losing it a bit easier to swallow.
