The following players make great targets for tonight’s NHL DraftKings daily picks.
As you conduct research for your DraftKings hockey lineup tonight use the following slides to help pinpoint some top targets at each position. You’ll find both high salary and high value options to help fill your lineup.
There won’t be a ton of options to choose from with only six games scheduled, meaning you’ll have to get a bit creative with the combination of players that you choose.
Friday’s action will get started a bit earlier than normal thanks to the arrival of Winter Storm Jonas. With nearly two feet of snow expected to fall in the DC area, the NHL moved the start time of the game between Washington and Anaheim up to a 5:00 p.m. ET puck drop. With heavy snow expected to begin in the area during the evening hours there is a chance the game could be canceled. It’s unlikely that the game won’t be played, but check the status just to be safe before deploying players from either team.
Regardless of what time the game in Washington starts, the Capitals boast several top fantasy targets that always draw a lot of attention from fantasy players.
Detroit and the New York Rangers are two teams to watch in the 7:00 p.m. ET slate of games, as both teams provide players with some nice fantasy value. The locations of the games are Buffalo and Carolina, and while there shouldn’t be an effect from the weather, just be sure to check before puck drop.
An interesting game to keep an eye on tonight is the matchup between Ottawa and the Islanders. Some hidden fantasy value could certainly be found in that game.
A storyline for the night will be the play of the Chicago Blackhawks. After having their 12-game winning streak snapped in Tampa Bay last night, the Blackhawks will look to start a new streak tonight. However, a visit to Florida will prove tough for Patrick Kane and company.
The final game of the evening features St. Louis and Colorado.
