Rudy Gobert blocks Willie Reed with two hands (Video)

Utah Jazz Rudy Gobert made an impressive block on the Brooklyn Nets‘ Willie Reed by using two hands.

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert has made a habit out of making big blocks on the basketball court. He’s an imposing figure in the paint and players think twice about challenging him in the interior on offense.

Brooklyn Nets big man Willie Reed didn’t think twice unfortunately, and it ended very badly for him going up against Gobert. Reed tried to go up strong against Gobert near the hoop, but he got absolutely nowhere, as Gobert blocked him right down to the floor.

Gobert hit him with the block so hard, that he used two hands on the play for the block, which made Reed go crashing down from the sheer impact and strength of the block.

With blocks and interior defense like that, it’s easy to see why Gobert is one of the surging elite rim protectors in the NBA. He’s impossible to challenge because of his size and he’s very adept at knowing where the ball is to make clean blocks.

The two-handed block is always a beautiful thing to watch and watching Gobert send a guy crashing to the floor makes it all the more fun to watch.
