Tom Brady is selling a lot more jerseys than the opposing quarterback on Sunday, Peyton Manning.

This sponsored post is brought to you by DICK’S Sporting Goods.

This Sunday the New England Patriots will take on the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship Game, which of course means that we’re seeing the next installment in the saga that has been Tom Brady vs. Peyton Manning throughout the years. With another battle between the two on the horizon, everyone is breaking the matchup down in a variety of different ways.

While statistics on the field are fun to talk about, especially with these two, when you have two of the more popular players in NFL history, it’s always interesting to take a look at respective jersey sales, which is a good indicator of popularity.

We don’t know what the outcome will be on the field Sunday between these two on the field, but as far as the jersey sales are going, Brady is running away with this one.

According to the DICK’S Sporting Goods Jersey Report, which reflects sales both nationwide and online, over the last 30 days Brady ranks No. 1 in overall jersey sales, while Manning is really far behind, coming in at No. 150. It should also be noted that Brady has been the top-selling jersey throughout this entire season.

This might be a little surprising to some, but it really shouldn’t be. Manning has struggled with injuries this season and his play on the field has not been up to his usual standards, while Brady has been lighting the world on fire once again as he looks to lead the Patriots back to the Super Bowl.

There was a time where the sales between these two were close, but that’s not really the case anymore.
