Chicago Bulls vs Cleveland Cavaliers

Shortly after putting together a six-game win streak, the Chicago Bulls have feel behind the Cleveland Cavaliers pace in the Central, losing six of eight games to come back down to earth. Just a few weeks away from the All-Star break, the Bulls will need to put together a solid win streak to gain some confidence.

Chicago is fourth place in the Eastern Conference, just 6.5 games out of first place. Jimmy Butler leads the team in scoring with 22.4 points per games as he’s taken over the team’s top player role from Derrick Rose. The former MVP is still putting up over 15 points per game, though. Pau Gasol is having a good season, too, averaging 16.3 points and 10.8 rebounds per game.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are facing major adversity for the second time this season — at least the second obvious time. David Blatt was just fired as head coach and the first major adversity was playing without Kyrie Irving for the first 20-plus games of the year. Still, Cleveland is in first place in the East with 30-11 record.

LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love will look to get back on track after the shocking news against a divisional rival on Saturday and the extend their lead in the Central with a victory. James and Kryie need to get this team firing on all cylinders.
