4. Von Miller

Only nine defensive players have ever been named a Super Bowl MVP. Von Miller of the Broncos is a very strong candidate to make it 10 by being named the Super Bowl 50 MVP. Miller has had an incredible postseason with seven tackles, 2.5 sacks, and an interception. He’s the kind of player who the Broncos will need to be at his best in order to beat the Panthers. If the Broncos win, it will likely be due to the strong work for Miller.

Miller will be needed by the Broncos to shut down presumptive MVP Cam Newton, who has proven unstoppable this postseason. Thanks to his speed, quickness, and overall athleticism.

Miller will also likely be a huge factor in stopping the Panthers legendary rushing attack. He is the Broncos’ best defensive player and will be in a position to make a huge impact in Super Bowl 50. Moreover, Miller will be a free agent after this season; a monster Super Bowl performance could help him earn a mint on the free market.

The Broncos have the league’s best defense. The Panthers have one of the league’s most efficient offenses. As the adage goes: offense wins games, defense wins championships. It will be up to Von Miller to lead his team to victory in Super Bowl 50, and prove the rule true once again.
