No. 20 Duke Blue Devils vs No. 15 Miami Hurricanes
Ending a three-game skid against North Carolina State on Saturday was crucial for Mike Krzyzewski and the Duke Blue Devils if they wanted to even have a shot of staying in the ACC title race as well as the AP Top 25 come Monday afternoon. The defending national champs are still uber-talented and it will take a lot to knock this team out before March.

Just as everyone expected coming into this season, sophomore Grayson Allen leads the team in scoring with 20.5 points per game while also averaging 4.8 rebounds and 3.8 assists. He’s shooting 40 percent from long-range and over 50 percent from the field. Freshman stud Brandon Ingram has also been solid, but the absence of Amile Jefferson over the last 10 games as Duke is just 6-4 during that time.
Miami is looking to put together a nice run after starting conference play 2-2 and then winning its last two ACC games to improve to 4-2. A conference title is still possible if the Hurricanes can avenge a loss and beat the top teams remaining on the schedule. Taking down Duke at home would go a long way for Miami’s confidence and it could set up a domino effect moving forward.
Senior guard Sheldon McClellan has been the true leader of this team, averaging a team, and career-high 16 points to go along with 3.4 rebounds. He’s a true threat from the long-line, hitting nearly 40 percent of his threes as well. Miami will need him to be on his ‘A’ game if it wants to take down the reeling Blue Devils.
