Dallas is still sitting in sixth place in the West, looking to put together a win streak in order to sneak into one of the top-four spots. This team might be better than people really think, though.

The Lakers are in last place in the Western Conference with a 9-37 record after a six-game losing streak. This isn’t the same Los Angeles Lakers fans who have followed the NBA very closely for the past couple of decades have recognized.

Bryant still leads the team with 15.8 points and 3.5 assists per game. He is, however, shooting just 25 percent from three-point range. The youth on this team could pay big dividends in the future as top picks such as Julius Randle and D’Angelo Russell could be superstars down the line.
