The 2016 NBA Rising Stars Challenge has announced its roster.

As part of All-Star weekend, the 2016 NBA Rising Stars Challenge might be the biggest overall draw. After years of decent but not great rookie/sophomore games, this year looks like one of the best matchups in recent memory. Between last year’s great class and this season seeing a terrific influx of rookies, the league is in the best shape than it has been since the Michael Jordan era.

On Wednesday, the NBA announced that the United States would be facing the World for the contest, with the rosters as follows:

World: Bojan Bogdanovic, Clint Capela, Nikola Jokic, Mario Hezonja, Raul Neto, Emmanuel Mudiay, Dwight Powell, Kristaps Porzingis and Andrew Wiggins
US: Jordan Clarkson, Rodney Hood, Zach Lavine, Nerlens Noel, Jahlil Okafor, Elfrid Payton, Jabari Parker, D’Angelo Russell, Marcus Smart, Karl-Anthony Towns

The best part of this whole thing will be watching Porzingis and Wiggins on the same team, going against the trio of Towns, Parker and Noel. we could be looking at the next generation of greats, who will be fighting for titles when LeBron James, Tim Duncan and the entire Golden State Warriors team decides to give it a rest. Great stuff.
