The Thursday night TNT double-header is just two of the six games on tap in the NBA tonight.  With 12 teams in action, there are definitely several different ways you can build your fantasy basketball team tonight.  To see the players who I think are most ready to give your lineup a boost, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides.

More from Fantasy Basketball

The first two games of the slate get going tonight at 7:00 PM ET when the  Pacers host Atlanta in an Eastern Conference matchup while the Wizards welcome in the Nuggets who are finishing up their back-to-back after losing last night in Boston. At 8:00, TNT starts its double-header with the Raptors and Knicks while at the same time two other games tip off as the Bucks visit Memphis and the Pelicans face the Kings. The nightcap in the TNT double-header and the final game of the day gets underway at 10:30 in LA where the Lakers host their former teammate Pau Gasol and the Bulls.

Even with the lightest night of the week so far, there are plenty of fantasy basketball options to pick from. To see who I’m targeting, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. You’ll find two slides per position–one for high-salary options and one for high-value options. Each slide contains at least two selections with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

This month, I also have started to rank my picks using stars after each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but the short version is “more stars=more confidence.” On the final slide of the post, you can see my results for the last three weeks at each level of confidence.  Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for today’s contests.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

I’m finishing up my own West Coast swing today and I’ll be on a red eye back to Boston tonight.  I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get on Twitter with injury updates before tip-off tonight, but I’ll do my best to update lineups if necessary.  Tomorrow I’ll be back in my normal routine and be able to stay more on top of your Twitter questions.
