WWE star Sheamus seems to be dealing with an arm injury as we roll into WrestleMania season.

It seems as if that injury bug just keeps striking WWE with a vengeance, and this time it has claimed none other than the company’s resident Irish superstar, Sheamus.

On Thursday morning Sheamus posted this photo to Twitter which clearly shows his left arm in a cast, and needless to say, this was something that raised a lot of eyebrows.

Yeah, that definitely doesn’t look ideal and should be a huge cause for concern.

But there does appear to be some good news for the company, as the injury really isn’t as bad as some had speculated originally when they saw the picture. According to PW Insider, Sheamus is actually suffering from tendinitis in his left arm and the cast that you see in the picture was just put on him as a precautionary measure.

As far as in-ring work goes, obviously that’s going to be cut down for Sheamus. However, he is expected to remain on television as the fearless leader of the League of Nations stable so he really won’t be going anywhere as the road to WrestleMania heats up here.

While some might not particularly like Sheamus, it would have been a huge blow to the company at this time of year if he were out for an extended period of time. So while the injury bug did bite them again, more or less they dodged a huge bullet here, all things considered.
