Former Kentucky guard Archie Goodwin has been buried on the Phoenix Suns’ bench for the better part of his three NBA seasons, but he’s finally getting an opportunity to play real minutes with the rash of injuries that has hit the club. He and fellow ex-Wildcat Devin Booker have been playing quite well since another pair of ex-Kentucky greats, Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight, have been sidelined.

Goodwin got off to a slow start in Friday’s game in New York, but made his presence known with this thunderous jam right in the face of beloved basketball god Kristaps Porzingis (via @TommyBeer):

The Suns may be a total mess right now, but at least this was fun.
