High Value PG

Jordan Clarkson-Los Angeles Lakers (5,700): Clarkson has been picking up extra minutes lately for Kobe Bryant and Louis Williams who have been sidelined by injury and illness. As a result, Clarkson has been a consistent option throughout the month of January and has been able to contribute at least 21 fantasy points in six of his last seven games and eight of his last ten.  Clarkson had 28.5 fantasy points against the Clippers on Friday and 27 against the Bulls on Thursday.  He is usually reliable for 20-30 fantasy points, and he’ll be looking to score double-digits every game this month if he can reach that level tonight against the Hornets.

Marcus Smart-Boston Celtics (5,200): Smart is playing heavy minutes for the C’s even though he continues to come off the bench. He had 16 points, four assists, three steals, two rebounds, and a block on Friday against Orlando for a quick 33 fantasy points. He has at least 30 fantasy points in three of his last four games and contributes in every fantasy category when he’s at his best.  Smart has played at least 28 minutes in each of his last five games averaging 11.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.6 steals over that timespan. Look for him to continue to make a difference in Boston’s second unit tonight against Orlando.

Zach LaVine-Minnesota Timberwolves (5,200): LaVine is another young player getting plenty of time lately, and has been able to put up great numbers while Kevin Martin has been sidelined. In his last three games, LaVine has shot 70% from the floor and scored 21, 35, and 19 points totaling 37.5, 43.5, and 23.25 fantasy points. Tonight against the Blazers, he will be lined up for another good game if KMart is still sidelined. No Martin-∗ With Martin-

J.J. Barea (4,200): Barea has over 24 fantasy points in each of his last three games and has scored 13 points or more while playing over 25 minutes one each of those three contests.  If Devin Harris is unable to play tonight against the Suns, Barea is a steal at his 4K price again tonight. No Harris-∗∗ With Harris-
