The Georgia Bulldogs need to land these five recruits on National Signing Day
The Georgia Bulldogs are in the process of undergoing major changes to their football program, most notably with former Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart taking the reigns and replacing former head coachĀ Mark Richt. Subsequently, the 2016 recruiting class for the Bulldogs is pivotal in getting Georgia football back in the national title picture. National Signing Day is tremendously important for Smart and his staff.
With plenty of dominoes still left to fall, the Bulldogs currently have the No. 12-ranked recruiting class for 2016, per Scout.com. Their class of incoming recruits includes one of the top quarterback prospects in the country, Jacob Eason, talented junior college prospect Javon Wims, and three other top-50 prospects.
That being said, Georgia football has their sights set on some of the best remaining prospects in the country in the run up toĀ National Signing Day. Both in the state and out, the Bulldogs could easily vault into the top-10 of the recruiting class rankings with a big closing pushĀ on Feb. 3.
To make that happen, and for Georgia football to be in an even better position moving forward under Smart, these are the five recruits that the Bulldogs need to land.
