A look at all the action taking place on Wednesday for 2016 college football National Signing Day.

We all just can’t wait for the 2016 college football season to start this coming to September, and that journey starts on Wednesday. Of course, that means it’s time for National Signing Day.

Each and every year this becomes more and more of an event, as some of the best players in high school football from around the country announce where they will be taking their talents. There will be players on Wednesday committing to their respective schools that will end up making a huge impact on a program, while some others that were highly rated might not even end up panning out. It’s a gamble just like anything else, but that’s why we love sports so much.

Heading into Wednesday the commitment that everyone will be waiting on is that of the No. 1 overall player in the country, defensive tackle Rashan Gary. At the moment Gary is down to two choices, those being the Michigan Wolverines and the Clemson Tigers. One of these programs will be getting a top-notch defensive tackle prospect and his announcement will be coming in the early afternoon.

As is generally the case, there will be a lot happening throughout the day on Wednesday for National Signing Day, and there will be a lot of live announcements taking place.
