The Alabama Crimson Tide put together another strong recruiting class for head coach Nick Saban in 2016, coming off a College Football Playoff Championship.
The Alabama Crimson Tide came into National Signing Day guns a-blazing, as the Tide went from being from having the No. 9 rated class according to Scout.com to having the best recruiting class in the country.
Alabama received a huge boost in their ratings in being able to sign Ben Davis from Gordo High School in Gordo, Alabama, as Davis was the No. 1 inside linebacker prospect in the 2016 class and the No. 11 overall player in 2016.
Alabama’s 2016 recruiting class has 24 players in it, with three five-star recruits, seven inside of Scout’s Top 100, 16 four-star commitments, and five three-star signees. For yet another year, nobody is able to out recruit Nick Saban’s Tide.
