National Signing Day 2016 has arrived and some of the best high school football players in the country are set (or at least are narrowing down their decision) to announce where they will be playing college. National Signing Day is never short on surprises, entertainment, optimism, and disappointment. It’s one of the most exciting times of the year.

With the spectacle that National Signing Day has become, college football fans can watch virtually every aspect of the biggest recruits in the country as they announce their intentions for their college careers. This includes the actual signing, maybe a short speech or something of that sort, and there are always several recruits and families that aren’t short on some hilarious antics or acts of showmanship.
In terms of who will be making their announcements on National Signing Day, there are 13 recruits scheduled to make their announcement on ESPN’s live coverage of National Signing Day, one of which is the No. 1 prospect in the country in defensive tackle Rashan Gary. Gary will be making his decision between Auburn, Clemson, Michigan, Ole Miss, and USC at 1 p.m. ET.
As for the coverage, it is split throughout the day on ESPN networks with the broadcast starting at 8 a.m. ET on ESPNU, switching to ESPN2 at 1 p.m. ET, and then finishing up back on ESPNU starting at 5 p.m. ET. Live streaming, of course, will be available on WatchESPN or the ESPN app where viewers can watch the national broadcast or team-specific broadcasts if they so desire.
