The USC Trojans announced their 2016 football signing class.

The USC Trojans have a knack for nabbing top recruits, and they did that again with another talented 2016 class. While they didn’t have the amount of four-star prospects that other top teams in the nation did, the Trojans still finished with 10 four-star prospects.

Where the Trojans cleaned house in comparison to the rest of the nation was their number of five-star prospects. With the last-minute addition of five-star athlete Jack Jones, the Trojans finished with four five-star athletes, according to Scout.com.

The Trojans 20 commits features another great class with plenty of talent across the boards. Along with the addition of the five-star recruit in Jones, the Trojans’ class also features three other five-star recruits. Those recruits are defensive end Oluwole Betiku, wide receiver Tyler Vaughns and and athlete Michael Pittman.

The Trojans once again landed the big-time recruits and with another good class, the Trojans are well on their way to becoming a top team in the nation again. The Trojans saw a bit of a resurgence in 2015, when the program won the Pac-12 South. The team has plenty of growing talent and with their latest class, they could have a great team going forward.

The Trojans once again landed the big names. Will the talent take off and produce big things? Only time will tell.
