NFL fans may need to bring their own beer to Super Bowl 50 after the beer trucks are struggling with the hills of San Francisco.
Preparations for Super Bowl 50 is well underway as the Carolina Panthers will face off against the Denver Broncos on Sunday. However, it hasn’t been easy sailing for everyone as multiple beer trucks have not been able to handle the hills of San Francisco.
NFL fans may need to bring their own beer to the stadium if the trucks can’t reach the stadium. It’s funny to see that three of bigger companies that sell beer all struggled to reach the stadium due to the steep hills. If they were smart, the truck drivers would find the closest trolly to take the product closer to the stadium.
There will be a lot of angry fans if the beer trucks don’t deliver the product. Beer sales bring in a lot of money for the league and without beer reaching the stadium a lot of money will be left on the table and not in the pockets of the league. They aren’t poor by any standard, but the NFL’s logistical people will be up late at night if these trucks don’t reach the stadium well in advance of Sunday’s Super Bowl 50.
Next time someone should remind the truck drivers bringing in various packages and deliveries that the hills are very steep in the Bay Area.
