A model tried to extort money from Jaromir Jagr after spending the night with him but Jagr didn’t care

Florida Panthers forward Jaromir Jagr is a celebrity all over the world. He is adored by hockey fans all around the world. Some fans might adore him a bit too much. A Czech model named Catherine spent the night with Jagr in September and someone attempted to blackmail him with the photo. There was just one problem: Jagr didn’t care about it at all.

Jaromir Jagr is enjoying one of his finest seasons despite being 43 years old and merely days away from turning 44. Jagr has led the Panthers this season with 16 goals and 21 assists for 37 points in 48 games as the Panthers are unexpectedly the second best team in the Eastern Conference as of Feb. 5.

Jagr was one of the stars from the 2016 NHL All-Star weekend as he proved to fans and to himself that age is just a number. He was one of the most entertaining players from the weekend and he was even honored by fellow legend P.K. Subban. Jagr has more important things to focus on than some model. Things like taking the Panthers to the playoffs for the first time since the 2011-2012 season and helping the franchise as they try to win their first Stanley Cup.
