On the Eve of the Super Bowl, the NBA has quite a show of its own lineup up with ten games total on this Saturday, February 6. The Blazers-Rockets game serves as the matinee for the day starting at 5:00 PM ET, but the main FanDuel competitions focus on the nine games on tap for tonight, so I’ll be making my FanDuel daily picks from those nine contests.

More from Chicago Bulls

The nine games tonight start at 7:00 PM ET or later and offer a really nice slate to pick a DFS fantasy basketball team from.  At 7:00, the Hornets host Washington and the Pistons and Pacers meet in Indiana. At 7:30, two more games get underway including LeBron James and the Cavs trying to bounce back from last night’s tough loss as they face Anthony Davis and the Pelicans. An even uglier loss last night happened to Dallas who was crushed by San Antonio, and they’ll try to bounce back against the Grizzlies at 8:00 while at the same time the T-Wolves host the banged-up Bulls.  At 8:30, the Spurs host the Lakers looking to improve to 28-0 at the AT&T Center followed at 9:00 by the Jazz heading to the desert to face the Suns.  The biggest game of the night, though, is the final game that tips off at 9:00 PM ET as well.  That’s when the Thunder and the Warriors meet for the first time this season and we get treated to our first of four matchups between Russell Westbrook and Steph Curry.

With 18 teams taking the floor, there are plenty of sleepers to go with whatever stars you decide to roll with for this Saturday night.  To see who I think are good plays tonight, check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides. You’ll find two slides per position–one for high-salary options and one for high-value options. Each slide contains at least two selections with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

At the beginning of the year, I  started to rank my picks using stars after each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence. On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for today’s contests.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our Fansided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can find me throughout the day on Twitter @FansidedFantasy. I’ll do my best to get to any lineup questions before tip-off and also let you know of any last-minute injuries before lineups lock in at 7:00.  Remember, FanDuel still doesn’t support late-swapping so whatever your lineup looks like at 7:00 is what it will be for the night.

If you find my picks and analysis helpful and would like to check out my DFS fantasy basketball posts each morning, the easiest way to find the FanDuel daily picks is to drop a bookmark on our fantasy basketball hub or follow on Twitter where I’ll tweet out the links each day when my picks go live.

Let’s get going with my FanDuel daily picks starting with the highest profile matchup of the night as we look at some pricey point guards who are worth considering for this Saturday.
